问题：
- v4.0.11修复了安装脚本URL，但忘记移除--install参数
- 官方安装脚本https://get.acme.sh应该不带参数直接运行
- --install是给安装后的acme.sh主程序用的，不是给安装脚本用的
- 导致安装脚本执行后，目录创建但文件未正确安装

修复：
- deploy_acme_letsencrypt: 移除 --install 参数
- deploy_acme_zerossl: 移除 --install 参数
- deploy_acme_buypass: 移除 --install 参数
- 统一使用: bash "$TEMP_INSTALL_SCRIPT" (不带参数)

影响：
- 修复acme.sh安装后目录为空的根本问题
- 确保所有acme.sh方案（Let's Encrypt/ZeroSSL/Buypass）正常工作
