喻勇祥 7c18e6fea4 fix: 修复storage.js中的正则表达式语法错误

问题：
- getFullPath方法中的正则表达式 [\/\] 语法错误
- 导致"Invalid regular expression: missing /"错误
- 影响文件上传和列表功能

修复：
- 将错误的 [\/\] 修正为 [\/\]
- 添加空值处理 relativePath || ''
- 完善路径处理逻辑，支持Linux和Windows环境
